I keep getting Wrong Cartridge Errors this started happening when it was on stand by i come in on the morning and it had stopped it sell with a wrong Cartridge error.I put the cyan cartridge in and out a couple of times and it worked OK until I turn it off again so i left it on all the time.After a few weeks I have now replaced all the cartridges so i decided to try turning it off.Now it comes up with the same error but it s the black cartridge this time and it wont go past this error is there…See More
Well the European standard is the Max 3, so if you are using the original max ink and they have unloaded them from the site, not sure what to tell you. In the USA Roland has a tab for the originals and it is one click to get them all. What I can tell you is that the profiles can be used more than what they are stated for, so you can try them all until you get one that works. The only issue is if you need something to cut you need to use a profile that has a carrier or the cut feature is disabled. If it is vice versa then you can disable cut. Your issue is it is feeding too fast, so make a smaller test square and keep printing that using different profiles until one works. The other option is to change media but you already know that.
