"Intializing the program will clear the que folders. You will have to reload the job files. you should be able to get all of the profiles back once you have performed an online update to get them all back."

Hi, I am new to this group and hope you can help! I took a new job as a designer and the company has a Roland VP-300 that we use to make mock-uos and packaging comps. For the past few months, I've been learning the machine and software, and thought I was on the road to happiness with this great device. Then, disaster struck!
