"Daniel - is your machine an older unit with a wire drive for the printhead or does it have a belt drive? If it is a wire drive, you may have a tension issue that needs to be adjusted."

"Daniel as Butch stated you need to do the print-cut adjustment which is under the the cut config - menu button.  The manual will give you a detail explanation and I have explained it many times in previous posts. But if you are in a crunch…"

"Sorry no help here, I never use those recommended settings.  To many variables (blade wear, amount of blade exposed,etc)  for someone to tell me about recommended settings. I test cut everything, all the time."

"My normal settings are  : EcoFilm 60, ThermoFlex 80, Stahls Thermofilm 160, I still do a test cut to make sure settings work."

"have you run a test cut? I would start at 70 grams and do a test cut and adjust until you get a good cut."

I have a SP300V I know that it all depends on how what versacamm you have and how sharp your blade is, but I'd just like a genral idea. All my media profiles at the moment seem to be set to 50gf, then I downloaded stahls solutions opaque and its set to 130gf, seems like a big jump in pressures (i know the stahls media profile is printable, but would that make much of a differenc?) so…See More
