it's case sensitive. PerfCutContour. Capital P,C,C. If Corel is renaming it, then something is not registering right. VersaWorks wouldn't be renaming it, it's happening in Corel.

Admin has the right idea. I would also add that any profile in VersaWorks with the suffix "[MT]" performs that maintenance cycle to prime the print head. A normal cleaning cycle uses a minimum of ink to keep the head healthy, but a normal…
