"What your not understanding is they are curling because there is NO LAMINATE. Anytime you cut into a bleed line with NO LAMINATE you will get curling on heavy ink coverage."

"+1  for CYW . I cut into the ink all the time. I use a Sp300v and use the profiles for Oracal straight from Oracal. If I do have curling it is because I  forgot to use the profile and oversatuarated the vinyl with ink."
