not reading media size

Gday guys i just bought a sp540v, and its not reading the media size, it scans and comes up with the same size no matter what sheet i put in.any ideas?...operator error...lolContinue

"That $50 per shirt is definatley not the norm. One at a time t's can be a pain. Most customers we deal with are buying in quantity so the time put into the order taking and set up is worth it."
