Bill,
Try looking at Fellers.com for your regular vinyl and Imprintables.com for the heat transfer and wall graphic material.

Bill,
I will try my best to break it down for you. Ink cost if you have 100% coverage on a 12" x 12" square with all four colors will only run $0.37. The material cost will go anywhere from $0.16 to $0.33 per square foot based on what material you are printing on. You can get an idea for any job by using these numbers. Typical cost for us is around $0.45 per square foot of material on printed decal vinyl.
As for UV and scratch resistance, they best way to increase that is to laminate your products. Roland eco solvent inks will last 3-5 years and 5-7 years if you laminate them. Once fully dry, they are fairly scratch resistant and will hold up well, but lamination will make them last much longer. Any vehicle application should be laminated. We charge $3 per square foot for lamination services.

I hope all of this helps!
