Hi,I am attempting to print on some concept 250 (wall frog) wall decal paper.  It was originally a 54" roll which I had cut down to a 24" and 30" roll.  While the 30" roll works fine.  The 24" roll seems to raise up on the printer.  I'm afraid it will case a head strike.  I roll the paper down on the printer to see how far it happens and it seems to be continuously.I'm attaching a photo.  I don't know if it is because it is a cut roll or if there is something wrong with the paper, rollers, etc.See More

Does anyone have any idea as to why I have been having trouble printing decals that have large areas of green.  I have changed my cap tops (after this problem) and dampers.  I've also didn't the usually printhead cleaning maintenance.For a while I have had some issue printing green grass.  I usually have to print it several times to get a good consistent print.  However, this week I can't seem to print a consistent grass decal as it shows yellow casting randomly across the decal. I got a chance to try out the phototex opaque for solvent printers several months ago but am just getting around to posting about it.  It was a joy to print on.  The issues of not being able to use "tape mask" over it are gone.  I was able to do lettering for a customer and the tape picked it right up off the paper. yippeeI am not sure that the issue with residue build up on the rollers is actually gone but it wasn't as much.The are still areas in my designs where I had to use a razor blade to…See More

Hi,My versacamm SP300v is sick.  It started giving me a 0.0 for the media width for a few days.  I now get either a "pinch Roller Invalid Position Error Left" or a Pinch Roller invalid Right Position error message as attempt to left up and down the bar that hold the paper in place.  I have narrowed it down to replacing the Cut Carriage Cable but I see reference to other parts to replace at the same time.So my question is what is the part number for a SP300V versacamm cut carriage cable and I…See More
