"When it is checked an unchecked nothing changes. The Job log still will not display. I believe it is hidden somewhere and I cannot access it. "

VersaWorks Job Log Display

Hoping someone out there has had a similar issue. I added a second monitor a while back and have since gone back to 1 monitor. Upon going back to 1 monitor my job jog has disappeared. I reconnected my second monitor to see if it would display but still nothing. Any ideas as to what is going on?See More

"Solved. It appears the vinyl was the issue. I switched to britline, Grimco's brand, and the print is back to normal. Question about Color management settings. I've done test with pre-press US and Max Impact on the spot vector image I am…"

"I will give it a shot. Thanks for your input. The problem seems to have started when I started using 3164g. It just did not occur to me until now. I blamed aftermarket inks I was using at the time. As long as 3164 take eco solvent it has to be a…"

"You were right. I located GCVP.  You were also correct on printer settings. Other Controls were set to use media but both Feed and Heater were set to use Printer settings. I did a test with Media settings on all 3. I did Generic 1, Gen 2,…"

"Did you ever solve this? I am having the same issue on 3164 with my vs-540i. I have tried all Generic profiles. The only profile I can find for this is for VP-540i"
