"You changed the captop - do all the calibrations like the first time. You have horizontal white banding which means feeding to fast. check calibrations as mentioned - but do the other test too."

"it looks to me that the media feed is not correct, I may be wrong but its worth a try to fix it it will show you how to do this in your manual. it always seems to be more noticable in reds"

"i use a felt squeegee, if there are bi=ubbles, simply lift up the media and reapply it. It is a removable media."

"both will work. I have done a huge wall mural with no mask and smaller ones with. It is not necessary but some find it helpful"

"OK Make that call to your sales person / tech. - You can remove the Cover (R) and see if you see air in the lines."

"Unfortunately, I recommended an option that you do not have access to. The choke cleaning is only accessed in the service mode.  So another option is to use a syringe, which also you do not have.  What you do have is more cleaning options…"

"I went there before for the manual cleaning. The other options are wiper, felt, knife, and drain. I don't see the choking part in the book either. Thank you for helping"

"Yes - go to menu - sub menu - maintenance - and look there - just follow the menu prompts and do a test print after."
