This is my favorite shot. It shows the skis in the cabin we rented (Baker Creek Chalets), with all the bindings on, and the tips and tails all showing. And, it was warm while we took the photo. No, the fireplace did not have a fire in it at the time--that would have melted the wax from our recent ski tune that we had just done. The outside skis were 3" shorter than the others and needed 1 1/2" of scarf underneath them to get the art to match the other skis. This was preplanned.
