Plain old Graphtec 24" vinyl cutter...use tips recommended for reflective/fluorescent film as the glitz is a thicker material. PS, stay away from small graphics/lettering as it is very tough to weed.

What type of cutter did you use to cut this? I have had no luck with the roll I have and love the looks of it. Thank you!
