Bad wiper issue
quick picture to highlight how a print can be affected by the wipers and not having them properly maintained. The wipers here are not only very dirty and coated with ink deposits, but were warped and worn. Bad wipers (dirty, worn etc.) will not properly maintain the head and will cause fuzzy prints, drops on media and other issues. Make sure to keep them clean!

I had NO IDEA what those were for...I thought they just took off the excess ink and off the print head goes to print the job. Didn't realize they were so important to the clean lines of the text! THANK YOU for this information!

Are you recommending that both sides of the wipers be cleaned or just the rubber side?
