Does anyone know if seramark will work on Painted Cinder Block?  I have a customer wanting to know that.  If not is there something else that can be used instead and would it be a "permanent or removeable" adhesive backing?

It will work on cinder block, but I would definitely test it first. Most of the other materials are more of a permanent adhesive (Permovable comes to mind since we have used it a few times)
Cinder block is pretty porous so I wonder if it will work on a textured wall as well.  We had a customer wanting a large graphic of a shark for his kids room.  I have no idea how textured the wall.  You think Seramark will work?

Hi Ken,

I have a slightly textured door in my office and have some stuck to the door no problem.  With the cinder block as you said it very porous but it did stick to it.

Hi all,

We'll I happened to have some cinder block in my garage so decided to test it like .Jennifer's suggestioned.  I used one of my drawing that has think cut areas like the "top edges" of the hair on the lion.  The decal did stick.  I removed and reapplied it 20 times.  It still stuck with no problem.  Every day I will try removing and putting it back 5 times to see when it will stop.  On back of design there is reminants of the cinder block on it but it doesn't seem to affect it sticking to the block.

The deal is about 5 inches tall (very small) so if it works a large one should work even better.

Hope this help.

Same here.

I have a painted cinder block wall behind my hooping table.

I've slapped on and moved several Seramark samples around it for a few months now.

Seems to be holding up just fine.

Thanks for your testing Angela. I will be getting the sample next week so I can't wait to give it a go. This will open new doors for us I'm sure.
IDEA -- Print a graphic of a door opening into another room . Or window  with a spring view !
I like that idea!

I printed a six panel pine door on vinyl to "wrap" the steel door to my attached garage. When my wife came home and saw the new pine door she was about to yell at me because we didn't have money for a new door. Thing funny thing about it was that she saw the door from the outside first where is still was steel. I am considering adding printed door wraps to my online store.
