What does this photo tell you?

After being able to print just fine on Tue I couldn't print any black on Wed. This is a photo of two of my tests. I am a beginner and don't know how to proceed.

Advice please!

Not sure but maybe Steve could jump in here, I'm not familiar with your type of machine, as in multiple head or single?
