Must say that I am totally disappointed by the garbage piece of 'sample' sent to me...I'm trying to see if it will even run through my SP300V now! Both ends are cut ragged, no square edge to line up. 8" long pieces of clear packing tape, couple strips on one end-so that's all unusable material. Sample was rolled up to about 1" diameter...so the fabric won't lay flat now. I'm pretty sure it's going to curl up and catch the print heads for the test print.
Overall...NOT a piece of sample that gives me any confidence that Imprintables Warehouse is concerned about sending quality samples! 2 Other companies (DaVinci and Roland DGA) sent 10' rolls, on 3" cores to test out. The Roland material is so thick the knife blade won't even cut it...so it looks like DaVinci wins this test!
Permalink Reply by Butch on February 11, 2011 at 1:22pm Roland, my sample was a little larger but UPS pretty much destroyed it. Crushed the box and the material. I put it down between 2 pieces of polymetal trying to get the wrinkles out.
