Hello fellow Versacamm users. Attached is a photo of the problem I'm having with my Versacamm vs-640i. The initial Test Pattern print looks bad. However when I preform a Powerful Clean the Test Pattern print is fine. However, I have to preform a Power Clean throughout the day. Here is what I have done so far:
1) Replaced the Cap Top.
2) Replaced the Wiper.
3) Replaced the Felt Wiper.
4) Clean the Encoder Scale.
5) Preformed a Manual Clean.

Any suggestions anyone has would be much appreciated.
