No, I did not start without the cables plugged in = Verified 3x's
Yes, I plugged cable in correctly and properly seated = Verified 3x's
No, I did not spill ink on the print head board or cables = Verified 3x's using a magnifier
Four weeks ago, we had a power outage twice in a 24 hour period on a Sunday. Upon doing a nozzle test on Monday, the test was going bad, progressively worst over time. (I'll send photo tomorrow) its 11:52pm as I write this. Eventually, nozzle test was blank, that lead me to order a new print head, dampers and cables.
