I am printing and cutting numerous 3 1/2" x 9" rectangles with rounded corners.  Blade depth is correct and the speed I have slowed to 10.  There is still one spot (the same spot on all the cutouts) that is leaving a thread uncut and hence pulling on the thread.  Do I need to redo the cut line or is this phototex and other fabric materials have this problem?

We have had similar issues with Seramark and usually once we have figured out the spot with the issue, we hand trim that edge...
That works with an exacto knife here also but I can't be doing that for multiple thousands of pieces.
No definitely not! We typically don't do large runs...are you using a 60 degree blade?
Used both the 45 and 60. However, the 45 left a couple spots uncut.
I printed out and cut a big 2 foot x 3 1/2 foot contour graphic with no snags is what makes this frustrating.
I printed out the job on vinyl and it cut without hangups and the colors were more vibrant. I may have to switch this product to vinyl.
I have found with smaller items and lettering that both phototex and Seramark are harder to work with. Sometimes it is better to use a vinyl based wall graphic material or to just use regular vinyl.
