My VP300 all of a sudden stoped printing solid colors and splattering. I have cleaned the machine, changed the wipers, cleaned the scrapper, turned it off and unpluged it for a half hour, wiped the deck doun with a dryer sheet. It does this on all types of vinyl. Any help. Two pictures attached. Need any help I can get.

John, I don't have an answer but maybe you should attach a more generic file type so folks that don't use Corel can also take a peek

well do.
Try cleaning your encoder strip. Then do your normal machine setups. (Printing adjustments, env.match, etc.)
Also run a test print and post the picture so we can see the status of the printhead and the nozzles
I'll send tommrow when I go to the shop.
Here's the test print. Also a new picture in jpg.
This time with the pictures

John I'm sure this not the case but it kinda looks like a scanned business card sent straight to the printer doesn't it.
Exactly my impression when I first saw the pic, Butch
So weird, huh?
The nozzle check looks sooooooooooooo clean

Can't wait for Steve and Irv to tell us what's up

Diane
no, not scanned. I did it myself. It is a business card to put on magnet.
Did that too.
John I see a lot of folks weighing in and I have nothing further to offer. As Steve stated at this point I would like to see a nozzle test for further indiators.
The pictures you attated leads me top think some other stuff.
I would rule out static and encoder strip because your ink is going where it is supposed to go. It is the coverage that is lacking. So uneven ink distribution leads me to check - profiles, humidity, ink starvation (captop), and print quality selection.
So Nozzle test and the same print at high quality and we can give you a diagnoses.
