Greetings to all and a special "SHOUT-OUT" to all those who attended the In-Shop Training @ SeaGlass Logowear in Clifton Park, NY, on 5/6 November.  I would like to personally thank the hostess Jen Jackson, the Trainer Steve Jackson (I believe related) and sponser Imprintables Warehouse.

As always, I had the opportunity to meet some wonderful peers representing our industry and the crossroads of America.  I learned so much personally about an employment opportunity in the wonderful state of Iowa.  Who would have thought of me as a deputy.  Well the job would surely keep me in shape, and that is no bull.

As folks make their way back to their respective states, I hope they have the opportunity to reflect on the amount of material that was transferred to them.  Steve does a wonderful job of breaking it down so it can be grasp across all barriers and obstacles.  As a professional trainer, I am aware of the challenges in learning exchanges, and Steve is exceptional at ensuring all is acheiving their learning requirement.  He is very aware of individual saturation points and individual acceptance levels and I can assure you that all attendees left satisfied a various levels of acheivement.  Since I have personally attended learning opportunities with him, I enjoy watching his transfer of information from the school house to his sessions.  I can assure all that the information he provided was and is timely and more importantly - FRESH!

Steve can speak for himself but during and after each session, we compare notes and discuss what can be made better or clearer.  I know in Army training environments this is a must and based on observing Steve's skills it must be a Navy thing too.  The forum is a great place to discover, clarify, enhance, correct what we do to satisfy the end result our customers.  Some monitor, some dive in but the bottom line is the exchange.  No one has all the answers or a Silver bullet.  Somehow in our exchanges a solution is developed which works best for an individual in a particular situation.

So those who have not attended sign-up.  Those who are not Imprintables customers, well there is a way to correct that.

I like what I do and look forward to meeting must of you in your work environment.  Jen has started a blog and has promised to post the pictures. Stay tune and go over to the blog world and share your experiences.

Thanks - I had a blast!

Bruce
Irv - Well said my friend! I had a great time with this class. There is always something new with every class and I learn from the students each time also. This class was a great one with all the diverse knowledge, and experiences. I have the pictures from the class and of course will put up the group photo and a few others later today. I took yesterday off for the most part and tried to get rid of this chest cold. So far the rest I got and a little Glenlivet seem to be working! I will post up more later today!
Jet,
You are hilarious!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank you for all the wonderful knowledge you shared with us during training.

It was definitely time well spent and I would recommend it to everyone. I just can not say enough good things about the class, Steven, yourself-Irv and IW sponsers-Lee, Zach and Kayla. I just want to send a huge Thank you to all of you because if it weren't for you guys/gals I wouldn't have come home with the knowledge you shared with us and now I know I will be more productive, efficient and producing quality work.

Thank you,
Kim

ps I know I need to get a pic to send to you and thats no bull!!!
Here is the class photo for those who are interested. I like that we have started doing this (Thanks for the suggestion Dennis!). I will post some of the other pictures later.

Irv,
I have to agree about Steven and the classes. I know I have learned so much from the two of you ~ in addition to being entertained with some of your good natured kidding back and forth!
We'll need to have some reunion classes so we can get our own group pictures.
Thank you Steven, Irv, Jen and IW for hosting and sharing the POWER, because knowledge is POWER!

Vicki
P.S. Steven, chicken soup might be a little more helpful than the Glenlivet. That is unless your applying the scotch to your chest. In any case feel better!
I just had a cup of white chicken chili. It was delicious but not as yummy as GLV!
Funny, I made chicken chili last night and Dennis had the left overs for lunch.
Steven,

If it's not too much trouble, would you be able to list the names of those pictured? Always good to put a face to a name. Might also help those who attended remember everyone's names. BTW, I don't need to know the names of the two guys wearing the Roland shirts.
@ Kevin - LOL - @ all no one class is better or worse than any others but all seem to take on their own personality. I learn from you all and every class Yoda - Steve - seems to keep teaching me something. Vicki I do not think I ever disagreed with anyone on this site but GLV is better for a cold - whether straight, in a toddy, as an oitment, etc. Steve if you use it as an oitment - I am coming for it. I do agree on a reunion. All the previous classes gathering for a conference. Maybe one of the ISS shows. Missed you Joe.
Jett- I love it! Looks like you have a new name. I can not thank you all for this past weekend! I learned SOOO much and met the most amazing group of people. I am so excited to start using all the Imprintables products and it was great to meet Lee, Zach and Kayla. Jen and Steve thank you for opening up your shop to us! I look forward to learning more here on the forum. For anyone who has not been to your class it is a must I would have never had the knowledge I have now with all your training.

Kim thanks for all the training on the Cows and Jett it really made for great conversation and a bunch of laughs! Oh and thanks for being my Taxi Cab.

So excited to get my pink cutter THANKS Imprintables!! Jaime
