Tiling (paneling )on the sp300v

I printed a large VFW logo on my sp300v (44"x44") and divided it into two sections with a 1/2" overlap. The design would line up in the middle but would be off 1/8" or so on the outer ends. Is there a setting in the layout section that I am missing?? I printed it three times did the same on all

Did this issue get resolved? I have not seen it before. Maybe we can schedule a time for a remote assist and I can see what you are doing on the computer and see if we can figure it out.

I'm Terry's daughter and I'm the one that does most of the design and file output and graphics work...and so on.

Can you tell me what file type you need? Are you just wanting the .eps we're working from? We tiled the design in VersaWorks, not Illustrator. If you need a file output from VersaWorks, I need a little instruction on how to get it, because I'm on a bit of a learning curve myself.

I will try to recreate what you have from either the eps file or if possible the RVW file and source file from versaworks.
