Was wondering what a good table surface is for working on banners. I have a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood I have been using. I use the rough side for trimming the banner with a rotary cutter but that leaves cuts in the wood that can effect the cutting of the next banner if the blade catches one of the existing lines. The smooth side I have been using for turning the banner over to hem it but I still have concerns the graphics may get scratched from the wood.

I have a sign supply place 30 mins away that has one for $144. What did IW charge? I didn't see it on their site.

It's not a cheap material. You can also use sign face material which comes 1/4/" and 3/16" and is 54" by however long you want your length. It's around $3.00 sq ft
