A Digital Printing Network

Hello all

I was hoping someone can help me. I am doing a vehicle door graphic and want to use a spray laminant to protect. I bought some frog juice which is solvent based. I was reading somewhere last night that it is not good to put solvent based lams over eco solvent ink, they suggested a water based product such as clear sheild, any opinions would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks

Matt

FrogJuice is also available as waterbased but not in aerosol cans yet. I've been using it for years, and know Butch "SuperFrog" Anton that developed FrogJuice. I have had no problems using the spray (solvent) on digital prints, just 'mist' it very lightly, blow dry (speed dry with a heat gun on low) and respray a couple times to get a good coating. It doesn't need to be as thick as the waterbased ends up to do the same job.
