not going to add anything productive to this thread, but I'd love to be able to access the webinars or the archive, but seems like Roland doesn't care a whole lot if your machines was bought used and not from a dealer.
Have had several emails trying to fix my problem and then they completely ignored me.

There's no charge for venting, hope it made you feel a little better.
Carlos , just register your machine on the support page fill in some info and you should be able to access the areas you need. I bought my machine used and that's all I did.
I did that Butch, got a password and everything, but still cannot log into the website. Emailed support, they emailed me back but they just gave up, seems like I'm gonna have to find an alternative way to watch the webinars.
Carlos try this www.rolanddga.com/training/webinar/Default.aspx put in your zip, machine name and machine serial number . Click on upcoming webinar, at the new screen click on archives. Let me know if that helps. You can set up a new account by using a different email, user name and password.
