Hello:
I read a old post where someone was saying there is Static Cling (WHITE) material that can be used/printed on either side. I am trying to verify if this is true. I am wanting to do some inside window parking permits using white static cling. What I would call static on face. That need to be viewed fron the outside.
Any input sure would be appreciated.
Thanks
Bill

Permalink Reply by Joseph Tovar on November 14, 2011 at 1:31am I'm not sure if this is relevent in this thread, but a long time ago I was looking for a way to get a cling on the inside of a window. Over the last year I attended quite a few show and while at one(I can't remember which one), I picked up some sample material which was simply a 1mil adhesive with 1 side permanent and the other side repositionable. Since I saw this thread pop back to life, I decide to dig through all my materials, find that sample, and make something really quick.
I simply printed on a piece of poster paper(normal, not mirrored), squeegeed the permanent adhesive side on top of the graphic, then removed the backer to the repositionable side and stuck it on my window. It seams to work great. So instead of trying to get a cling on the inside of a window, I can just use this material...if I can remember who makes it and where I got it. Attached are a couple of pics of the poster stuck on the other side of the window.
By the way, it was easy to remove and reposition and didn't leave any residue on the window. I'll leave it on my window and see if this changes over time.
