SP300V vs. SP300i
My girlfriend is considering buying a used VC model SP300V
I don't know what year
What's the difference between the 'V' models and the SP300i models?
I know about the newest VS but the one she's looking at isn't the new one.
Anything important she should think about?

So the V depending on the year was created with a cable opposed to the belt system. It is a slower system and the SP means it has two heads and the 4 colors are shared. I would need to see a test print and a history report to advise you further. You can PM me so that I can give you some more info without upsetting the V world. The i was for improved ink delivery system and those without the i should be using profiles with the prefix RIPC.
