We're using Solutions Clear on 50/50 white t-shirts and printed the backs.  We had an issue with the colors looking blotchy after they were peeled.  We believe this was a result of the pulling/resistance of the material and the transfer when being peeled.  We were able to fix this by upping the temperature to 315 and using a heavy pressure (8 on our hotronix drawer press) for 13 seconds.  I'm peeling as soon as I remove the teflon sheet.  The design is 10.5 x 8.

On the last transfer we had the paper separate leaving a long strip of split paper attached to the shirt.  I've tried reheating and trying to grab an edge but have only managed to shred the edges. I have been successful with this method on smaller pieces, but this long stripe isn't budging.  At this point I'm afraid I may have heated and reheated the thing so much that the glue is embedded in the fabric.  It is not on any part of the design.  I'm wondering if there's something to breakdown the glue (nail polish remover, vinegar, amonia, hair spray, alcohol)????  Any suggestions?

Vicki - let it cool, then stretch the shirt. The paper will pop right off as it will not stretch and the solutions clear will. Easy as pie :-)
The same process that Steven just described works great on some old plastisol transfers too
If you hold them too long and the release paper gets compromised from heat or humidity or just plain old age.....just give the shirt a tug, and POP......off comes the paper
Same theory as applying (toxic) Meth to the underside of a shirt. Let it soak a few seconds....stretch the shirt.......and POP........off comes (most) cad cut vinyl
