Has anyone used the Cad Cut Premium Plus from Stahls?  I got a sample in the mail and it has the feel of silk screen.  It is for Cotton, Lycra, Polyester or Poly/Cotton Blends.  While it is a single color roll it seems almost too good to be true.  Are there other brands out there that are similar in feel and use?

Premium plus is great stuff. From what I have heard, there is a Premium Print coming along in the future as well. I'm sure it will not be quite as soft as the Premium Plus but I will be happy if its even remotely close.

Ken I've used it but I am not to fond of it. Cannot cut small detail and keep it on the carrier when flipping to press. Also if your cut is not perfect the material stretches and leaves the carrier before tearing loose. Eco-Film from Imprintables is close but still a little thicker plus it has a tacky carrier. i prefer it over the Premium Plus.

Good to hear from people that have used this.  My concern is the feel.  We did some shirts for men that work outside and the design is fairly solid.  Of course they complained about them being too hot.  This could be a solution for this rather than going the DTG route.  We could do it this way but durability is the issue there.

Butch - Would the Eco Film have the same light feel?  More breathable I guess is a better term.

Eco is light compared to Thermo Film.    Take it from a 35 year highway maintenace worker, when it gets hot anything that air does not go through is a dislike.   Another thought for you is some of the perforated films if the design is pretty much solid.
I have used products from both companies and sometimes the same called something different. I predominately use the eco because of the sticky carrier and it is thin - I never had complaints as in using glitter which is like armor. I say it is more breathable than thermo plus.
I have found that Premium works well for player names and prints with mostly text or basic designs. Its is very lightweight and you can barley feel it on poly t's. Since the carrier is not tacky you will need we carefully arouns any imperfect cuts.
