So, what does..short term indoor use...actually mean?

Hi all,

Has anyone ever used the Solvex Static Cling material? I have some and a customer asked me about window clings, but I'm not sure of the longevity of it. The specs show "Short term indoor use only", but what is short term....2 days, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months. 1 year?

If anyone has any experiece with this material or any cling material, can you let me know how long the material has lasted on the windows it was installed on? And as time has gone by, what has happened with it..Color fade? edges peel? bubbles?

My other vendor carries the solvex line - I have white and clear of the material. Base it on 6 mos to a year. 2 days or a weekend would be classified as disposable.

I have had the solvex static cling on a vehicle for over 8 months no issues and it has been on the front window of our shop since last July. Seems to hold up pretty well in the long run for a short term item :-)
