Quick lamination question. We are doing a 10' x 5' 2 sided outdoor sign out of white polymetal for a client. Do I need to laminate the entire sign or just the lettering & graphics? My thought is just the letters, as the white polymetal should hold up to the elements. Any suggestions here?
Also when laminating the full size of substrate you use a larger size laminate and just cut the excess to the edge correct or do you need to do something to the edges?
Thanks
Larry

I would only laminate the printed portions of material. It is not necessary to laminate the board. You can use an edge seal pen if desired on the edges but I have found most of the time it is not necessary.
