My printer has been printing out very blurry images.  I notice when it prints after the cut marks (circle) it not only prints blurry, but also leaves a black hue on the following graphics.  I've tried cleaning it by doing a normal clean under the settings.  Any suggestions on what I should do?

Hello Lily not enough information to evaluate. Here are some pointers.
What type of graphic - Raster then try Vector (vectors should not be blurry)
Try printing unidirectional - if clear then reset your bi-directional
Is your calibration set - that will give more lines than blurry
Is your head height correct
Are using the correct profile?
Are you using media default for all three items in your printer tab in VWs

These are my initial thoughts. In your pictures your colors do not look smooth. That could be a heat issue. Also print a nozzle test and post that. You may need to do a manual test.

Hi,

I would check the heater to make sure its at a high enough temperature to dry the ink as its printing, that picture looks very similar to a print I had before when my heater broke, it seems to me that the temp might be too low to dry the ink as its printing.

+1 on heater & profile settings.

I used to get this when the heat wasn't turned up high enough and the profile was set to lay down too much ink.
