Roland Sp 540i blur only in black ink

Hello Everyone

I do not know but I think I have a problem with my black ink, or with my head printing.


See the attached file.

Especially in the 4-color printing test, looks like black ink goes blurry and strange while other colors are all right. Any suggestions of what might be?


I've done the bidrecional adjust this test was before the adjustment

I Forgot to say, i only use original ink, E-Sol Max 4Color

the black head has MANY deflections. Your feed calibration is way off.

You should start with a cap top replacement (directions in attached PDF) and then possibly a head soak. I would suggest looking at replacing the head though.
