replacement of printhead on vp540
trying to replace print head on vp540 and it is supposed to pull forward and up to come out but it is not working. Am I missing something?

have you removed 3 screws and the spring at the front and is the capping station been lowered then it should come out as you say.
hint make sure that the head carrier moves freely on the chassis normally stuck up with old ink.before you replace the head else it wont adjust properly when setting up
