I do have eco sol max inks in the system. the tech says i have to drain all the ink to tell the system it is being changed to eco sol max. Or have a tech look at. Well i have a tech coming out next week.. I am trying to be positive and thinking this way the tech can go thru the whole machine, i can get profiles i need and then it will run like a dream !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just wish it could be easier!!!!!!!!!!!

In less than half an hour he helped me change the ink settings on my machine, gave me some very helpful tips and tricks, showed me a few settings to produce great printing and gave me advise on different products, and........ made me very happy. I am now confident that i can produce quality print jobs and t shirt designing and printing. Anyone needing help with a situation, get ahold of this guy!!!
