quick print output profile ?
I just read someone downloaded the profile for the quick print material from one of the suppliers and it was not good, so I believe Steven has it in the download section, but once I download it how do I get it into my flexi software options??

Ok, I downloaded the 3.0 version when I left work last night. Now what do I do, to get it to update my 2.0 version? and should I also upgrade to 4.0 after I install the 3.0?

Dave,
You can uninstall your 2.0 version, then install the 3.0. Use the offline updater to get everything updated. If you want, you can update to 4.0 after that but there really is no need.

Why is any of this never easy!!
I am trying to download the updated file from Roland and I keep getting a virus message "Heur/crypted.E"
I guess I should just wait until my friend that built and takes care of my computer comes in.
I will let you know what happens.

I didnt try it yet, I lost internet connection yesterday and just got back online and as soon as I get caught up I am going to do it over the weekend.

i just talked to a Roland tech. I do have eco sol max inks in the system. the tech says i have to drain all the ink to tell the system it is being changed to eco sol max. Or have a tech look at. Well i have a tech coming out next week.. I am trying to be positive and thinking this way the tech can go thru the whole machine, i can get profiles i need and then it will run like a dream !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just wish it could be easier!!!!!!!!!!!

ADMIN IS A GENIUS!!! In less than half an hour he helped me change the ink settings on my machine, gave me some very helpful tips and tricks, showed me a few settings to produce great printing and gave me advise on different products, and........ made me very happy. I am now confident that i can produce quality print jobs and t shirt designing and printing. Anyone needing help with a situation, get ahold of this guy!!!
