Problems with QuickPrint

Is anyone else having trouble with the new carrier that Imprintables is using on the QuickPrint?  I had a big rush order for a funeral yesterday and today.  Printed a bunch yesterday using the QP with the old carrier and everything went perfect.  Ran out of that roll and switched to a new one last evening.  Now I'm ruining more than are working.  It keeps jamming up in the printer during the cut phase.  I have tried two different rolls but both with the new carrier and neither are working.  The new carrier seems lighter so maybe that is what is causing the printer problems.  It is a smoky material rather than the heavy clear that I am used to.

Anyone else having trouble?  I just keep seeing $$$'s as I throw about half of it away.
