Print Quality, granulated

Hello everyone,

I have a VersaCAMM Sp540i and we are having some printing problems and can not identify the reason.

It is as if the impression stay grainy when print on Vinyl Gloss.

Previously it did not do that, we have changed the media, as we exchange the ink cartridges, change the quality ventured to change the print speed, which showed an improvement but not with impressive improvement as we have seen the quality of this printing.

Attached follows a scanner that I try to illustrate what's going on.

The application is the Roland VersaWorks 5.3.2.

It is art is specific in Corel X7 and was printed to PDF using Adobe Distilier.
We also did the test exporting it in EPS.

post a nozzle test - also are you using Roland inks

Hello Butch,

Already I solved the problem when I nozzle test was very obivio what it was.

I do not know why but totally forgot this setting like a white total.
