A Digital Printing Network

Was wondering if anyone can help me out on this? I use mainly 3 different types of material on my versa camm 540i (Quick Print, Eco Print, and just a generic white gloss vinyl). I can't seem to get my print cut alignment correct on mainly the Eco Print.  It seems to go off when I am printing something longer than 10", but on the other material does not seem to be an issue. I have tried to adjust it going into the menu>cutting menu>print-cut adj. but does not seem to work at all.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Adam

Adam to adjust correctly you should do a print/adjust on all media. Most folks do not, but if you are having a problematic media then you should do a seperate print/cut adjustment and then save it as a preset on your VC. You also have the ability to give it its own name. Often when I am doing micro adjustments on the VC you do not see any adjustments. I would then tell you to move it all the way out with a huge number, and then bring it back in. This has a tendency to wake your VC up. It is normal to see a variance in 36in out, but ten is too soon, so also check for static or sticky media due to humidity.
