Nevermind. I figured it out. Didn't even need to simplify it

However, I think there still is an issue with Corel crashing like that all the time? Is that normal?

If Corel keeps crashing it is usually due to not having enough RAM or processor speed. If you post your system info I might be able to see what is causing it.

Matt,
It all looks good. I would venture a guess that the issue is that Corel is trying to process too many objects and calculate the outlines. I have run into that a few times and had to do the job in chunks rather than the whole thing at one time.

Hey Steve, Is there an easy way to offset the cut line design about .25 inches with a white boarder? Just to turn the shirt design into a decal for the tinted windows?

select your cutline and then use the contour tool to offset it out by .25 inches. Call me if you want me to walk you through it.
