After 35 years of work, I am retiring. My lead designer, and son, is heading to Seattle to join in the intense animated digital arts world and my lead installer, my other son, has branched out into a highly specified custom architectural sign venture. Our sign Business can be seen in part at Leadergrafx.com and it has been a wonderful 5 years of family working together. We are in the Cleveland area and have made arrangements to fullfill commitments to customers and have them well taken care of for ever.
Although I have sold my valued customer base, I have not had the heart to sell my equipment. It is going to Florida with me where I will be LOOKING FOR QUALIFIED DESIGNERS, INSTALLERS, AND TECHNICIANS who want to open up a sign company utilizing my machinery. In return they get the lions share of capital and literally are able to generate a business as big as their dreams and goals will take them.
If you are in Cape Coral or Fort Meyers, Florida and feel you are qualified to operate a highly diversified high energy sign and wrap emporium then send me a private message. Business can be opened and fully operational by end August.

Permalink Reply by Richard Ledenican on June 22, 2012 at 10:36am Thanks, we didn't even have a chance to get down there all last year so making sure that doesn't happen again! Have other businesses which run themselves so just have to let the printing business go. Nothing is worth loosing total freedom of your life, may as well just work for someone else and get my vacation time. Sure love the industry however.

Permalink Reply by Richard Ledenican on June 23, 2012 at 8:23am Thanks Irving, this forum has gotten us through a lot of issues. May not always join in on discussions and such but on here regularly looking for answers. the way it looks everytime I am in Fla that there is more work than people to provide it. Endless niche markets as well. Got the boat out on Lake Erie yesterday and the perch were on. Annette caught 4 to my 1. Going out today to get my revenge. Can't wait to get to some real fish in the gulf, but must say theres not much better eating fish than perch and walleye. She was catching two at a time!
