Have a good nozzle check except for I have no magenta:( did not realize that until I went to take off two yard signs I printed and they were green:( should have done the test print before starting but usually never have any issues, lesson learned
Any ideas on what is causing it to not print the magenta?

Thanks

Permalink Reply by Butch on July 30, 2012 at 3:36pm If you will go to the job log and find the file from May (if you still have it), it will show you the profile, ink use, size, time etc. then compare to the new file to see the difference.
Permalink Reply by Teresa martin on August 8, 2012 at 8:44pm ok this is what happened and a BIG thank you to Steven for his help:)
The cap top needed replaced, I replaced it got a perfect nozzle check but the magenta was orange, Steven said to do a powerful head cleaning and that worked. He said since I had just replaced the cap top the day before that some of the ink went into the line and they mixed together causing the orange. THANKS STEVEN I really appreciate all your help.
