Lost profiles on Versaworks
versaworks for SP540i has lost many profiles and now am left with limited choices and can't print one way vision/ view through window graphics

when you say lost - did oyu switch the computer, or change anything or do they now have an exclamation point next to the profile?

When i first installed versaworks i had maanymore profiles than i do now, it seems to have just disappeared for example i can no longer find the viewthrough profile and many others. I have no idea how that happened?

I would do an update of the software and see if that brings them back.
