A Digital Printing Network

I've been assigned to replicate a sign hanging on the interior of a store on j-hook suction cups. The material seems to be Sintra (expanded closed cell polyvinyl) however it seems to be only .5mm thick. All I've seen available for this material is 1mm+. Does anyone know of a similar material to print directly on with our VersaCamm with eco-solvent ink? - or to print on film and apply to another, stronger backing material?

Thanks for your help!

try semi rigid sign Vinyl. It is the same stuff that is used for tradeshow displays.
Steven, thanks for your response. Do you have a link to any specific brand (recommendation)? I can't find what I'm looking for. See the attached photos of the material thickness and appearance. (sorry, crappy old-cell phone pictures)

Thomas,
That looks like the stuff I am using. We have it available at Imprintables Warehouse. It is Durasol 14 mil rigid vinyl and for a 50" by 75ft roll it runs $149.95. The description for it says:
"Designed for trade show panels and graphics where rigidity yet flexibility is desired. Gloss white finish makes graphics pop."

Right now it is not on the website yet but I can get it for you and have it shipped out the same day. If you have an account with Imprintables, please let me know and I will get in touch with you account rep and make sure they have all the info on it.

Hope this helps!
Great!

Is there a picture I can see of the material to make sure?

Thanks.
Here are a couple of pictures of it.

Steve,

Can you please send a sample to me at Teamworld Inc? We are a current customer # TEAI53.

I just placed an order today with Imprintables Warehouse.

We have 2 big jobs coming up and I need the right material. I'm quite certain this is it, but I want to be 100% sure before making the purchase. Please let me know. (and if you can,

Thanks,

Tom
Tom,
I will try to get a sample out to you tomorrow.
Thank you Steven. Do you have any thicker material or is 14 mil the thickest? Anything from 16-20 mil would be preferred.

You've been a great help!

Tom
I can look into it. I would ask Mark at IW to see what he can come up with also. Please PM me your address that you want the sample sent to. I printed it out but have to mail it out tomorrow.
I love that you use your dog for images!!! Do you print right on to that material or is it a applied on with vinyl.
printed directly onto the vinyl - Charlie is flattered to be on the samples ;-)
