how to print pantone colors

I know this is a stupid question but how do I print a pantone color as every time I pick a pantone color I can NEVER get it to match.

I have a roland sp300 and vp540 and I use roland versaworks rip.

All test prints look great so all heads are firing great.

my versaworks doesen't show a pantone chart.  Is there a way to add it?
