i have a ROLAND VS640 printing machine, i have been having problems since this morning, while printing, it give a burry image on the print after very 10 to 12 cm of print a and the words smudge while printing

It looks to me like you have bi-directional misalignment while printing.  You may need to adjust your Bi-Directional Printing through your menu. Do a Bi-Directional Test Print and then adjust accordingly.  I'm not sure how to do that for a VS640 machine since I have a SP300V but that would be my first guess.  Check your manual.

It looks like a dirty encoder strip to me. It appears at the same point consistently in the print so it is either a bad roll of media or dirty encoder strip - try printing on a different media and see if you get consistent results.
