Roland posted this video up for the Holidays. Pretty cool video with a very nice design. For those that have a metallic ink system, the file used is also posted below so you can print it out for yourselg. I am running some right now and they look great. Those without the metallic ink can still print it but will not get the silver colors. I hope you all enjoy it and have a great Holiday season!

Pretty neat video.
When I try to import the pdf it asks me for a password. Do you know what's the password?
Permalink Reply by Steven Jackson on December 16, 2010 at 12:54pm you can only bring it into VW - no editing allowed!
Permalink Reply by Kathy MacMannis on December 16, 2010 at 2:09pm Steve, when we bring it in, those of us lucky ones with the metallic (sorry Irv) what profile, MCVP (mt) or the one for glossy vinyl MT? Since we can't edit, we don't have to worry about the cutcontur lines?
thanks!

You should be able to print it on any of the medias that you use with metallic. I used some Durasol Glossy matrial and had no issues. Cut lines and metallic info are allready in the file for you. Bring it into versaworks and have fun!
Permalink Reply by Kathy MacMannis on December 16, 2010 at 5:19pm thanks Steve, I will try..... this is the first thing that I have dared print with metallic! I'm not sure why this makes me nervous.. Probably all of the color options for metallic that I have to choose from. CMYKlclm MT, metalicsilver, or CMYKLcLm I'm guessing it's either the first or second???
Permalink Reply by irving donaldson on December 16, 2010 at 9:28pm It is the 1st - because it has color. The second is if you just wanted to print the silver highlights and the last if you wanted to print the design and leave the silver entirely out of the print. And for those concerned about my silver capable printer - I have one but it is 3 hours north of me, thank you very much.

Edit away my friends..... ;-)
