help with profiles PLEASE

OK, i watched the video on how to install a new profile, i need the one for Cad color crystal clear matte and Cad color solutions OPQ opaque. I go to install and this is what i get: Media file includes a profile that cannot be used with theink type of the current printer setting." Using Versacamm 300V, with Eco Sol Max Ink. Please help just starting the shirt business and have a job to do!!!! Thanks in advance

Who installed it? I'd be a little upset myself if it wasn't set up right, Call the Dealer you bought it from tell them next week doesn't work, Butch say's Roland has a procedure,,, have them walk you through it over the phone............

i bought this machine used thru a private party, He still had it set up for me to see it run, prints on printable vinyl really nice. Tech doesnt know why it has a different setting.. Actually the Roland tech i talked to was an #@$. Not helpful at all. I found another tech from Far From Normal who i have spoken to on and off for many years. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Sorry I thought you just bought it new, and a shame about Roland tech service, jobs are hard to come by lately, he may need to count his blessings once in awhile.
