A Digital Printing Network

I tend to have the same problem that was described in the Weekly fight. My magenta doesn;'t always like to print.  I have had all the dampers replaced and the CYAN/BLACK head also.  Guess next is Magneta/Yellow.

I just do the check to see if capping station tube is clogged. It had some small stuff in the tube. After doing all this and getting it all back together my machine is showing I have NO ink in the machine. 1-4 shows nothing,  The pump even made a funny noise.  I did a strong head clean.  Where did the ink go and why is the machine not reading ink available?

I had ink earlier showing before I did this take apart. I am very upset... lately this machine has had issues left and right w/ printing. I have jobs to do and no way to print now.

Getting a tech here is a big issue also.

Anyone have suggestions of what I should try?

Debbie,
Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. I'm not a tech at all I reposted what I was told to do for a fix to save some money vs calling roland. what other problems were going on before this issue. i'm not sure that unplugging a vac line would lead to this. I will pm you a guy's number to call that can help you figure out the underlining problem. When i first ran into a issue I was told it could be a controler board,But he was able to figure out it was only a $8 scraper. this is the place where I buy my roland supplies from the guys are great there to make sure you buy when you need and nothing more.
