Not too long ago somebody had a post about the funky edge of Quickprint and how it sits on gatments. I have recently been doing various logos on Express Print from Stahls that had better results. I still made sure to create an extra contour for a bleed over the cut line. However, the past two rolls of Express Print did not stick to the mask well. As I would struggle to peal the Express Print backing off I ended up tearing through some logos. One time I had no problem masking the Express Print, but the next day the prints were beginning to curl off of the mask. I spoke with Stahls on the issue and I am going to send back the Express Print, mask and some examples of prints that won't mask. Stahls is going to check it out and get back to me. Hopefully, the problem can be solved. Express Print is easy to weed, has good opacity and a matte finish that resembles screenprint. I will follow up on tbis post when I know more.
I also tried some Express Print with Evolution mask and it worked. Now I just need to decide if I like Eco Print or Express peint better. Or, could they be the same thing?
