Convex laminate comes in 20 mil as well as other, thick, but not as thick laminate..............12 mil, 8 mil, etc.

I've been selling ad specialties for over 20 years...and never heard of a 20 mil thick vinyl decal.
Are they sure they aren't talking about MAGNETS? Standard ad specialty magnets are .020 and .030 thick...sounds more like what they mean. Several good suppliers for those in quantity...

Actually that link is for the 20 mil stuff.........I only have a sample of that one, I use 12 mil for helmets usually.

Thanks so much for your help

Permalink Reply by CYW on August 9, 2011 at 10:11pm Well, I don't know if I would publically recommend mixing vinyl and laminates.............but to tell you the truth..................... I do it all the time.
I'd need to stock way too much different stuff if I used the manufacturers recommendations all the time.
Some exeptions........like the laminate I use for perforated is the laminate suggested for the media.
It's got to be optically clear.
